Packet Pick Up for Registered Athletes

We look forward to seeing each of you! With over 1,000 athletes participating this year, we strongly encourage you to pick up your race packets on the Friday or Saturday prior to race day if at all possible.

Chips will NOT be included in the packet. Athletes will pick up timing chips on race day morning at a designated chip pick-up table by showing race directors their race bibs. You will need to bring your race bib, which will be in your packet, to the designated chip pick-up table.

Saturday will include vendors, clinics and pre race clam/lobster bake for all athletes and spectators at Doc's Seafood Restaurant for $35 pp. Call 585 394-3460 for tickets.

YOU MUST BRING:

1. Photo ID

2. USAT Card (if applicable, annual members only)

This is a requirement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

(If you do not bring your USAT card you will be required to purchase the one-day membership of $10).

Only YOU can pick up your packet - not your friends, spouse or fellow team members. You can NOT pick up any packet other than your own (parents may pick up kids packets.)

ATTENTION ALL TEAMS

All team members MUST be present to pick up race packets. NO packets can be given out unless the ENTIRE TEAM is present!

Saturday, September 20th: 11am-5pm Kershaw Park - (outdoor tent) next to Steamboat Landing- Lakeshore Dr. Canandaigua

Sunday, September 21st- 5 a.m. - 7 a.m. -- Kershaw Park (outdoor tent) next to Steamboat Landing- Lakeshore Dr. Canandaigua

Note 1. Packet pickup will end promptly at the times stated. No packets will be handed out after the times listed above.

Note 2. Doc's Seafood Restaurant at 726 S. Main St. Canandaigua will be serving a pre-race clam/lobster bake for athletes and spectators on Sat. Sept. 20th from 3-9 pm. The price is $35. Call 585 394-3460 for tickets.

Note 3. Raffle tickets and race merchandise will be available at packet pickup and on race day. We accept cash, checks, VISA & Mastercard. We have over $13,000 in prizes!!!!!

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PERMITTED IN KERSHAW PARK!!!
